Is your organization the same as CRLA Inc.?
CRLA Inc. and CRLA Foundation are separate 501c3 nonprofit organizations.  Both provide legal services at no cost to eligible Californians.  CRLA Foundation's main office is in Sacramento, with staff in Oakland and Modesto. CRLA Inc. has 23 offices throughout the state.
 
Resources for Farmworkers

Can you guide me to resources that help farmworkers find out more about their rights or about access to affordable housing, health care, education, community organizing for farmworkers, immigrants or rural communities, or workers' rights and workplace safety?

Eligibility for Legal Services and Poverty Guidelines

What do I have to show in order to be eligible to get services from your organization?

CRLA Foundation provides legal services at no cost to people whose income is 125% or below of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. For the current year Guidelines, visit http://aspe.hhs.gov/POVERTY/index.shtml
