We are a nonprofit legal services and advocacy organization founded in 1981 to improve rights and opportunities for California’s immigrants, their families and communities.  We work with farm workers, migrant workers and community organizations to strengthen immigrants families’ access to good education, quality health care, healthy and safe housing and neighborhoods and essential legal services.  Based in Sacramento, we work throughout the state, with a focus on remote, isolated or rural immigrant communities.  Because of our expertise on immigrants’ rights, we serve as a statewide support and technical assistance center.
